Kade Wurster is the youngest ever NSCA Level 3 Instructor, with over a decade of professional instruction and 7000+ hours of coaching under his belt. After finding Sporting Clays at 15 years old, he quickly became a student of the game, moving up the ranks as a competitive shooter in New Zealand. At 16, Kade was already a full time shooting instructor and working towards his NSCA certifications.

Just 12 years later Kade has made a name for himself in New Zealand as the highest qualified coach in the country, along with being one of the top ranked competitive shooters. Kade began his coaching trips to the USA in 2015 alongside starting his NSCA coaching certifications. He now makes several trips a year giving private instruction across the country.

Blending the skills of a champion shooter and professional instruction allows him to deliver world class coaching. With a deep understanding of both the technical and mental aspects of clay target shooting, Kade is equipped with the competition experience and coaching knowledge required to assist shooters in performing at the highest level.
